Not much at the moment, since I truly believe less is more when it comes to metrics. Right now I'm tracking weight and body fat percentage via the Withings wifi scale, since I'm on the slow carb diet. I track the number of words I write per day. I also track the number of Pomodoro work sprints I complete each day.
I've been lurking on the QS website for over a year, but I wasn't aware of a local Meetup group. If there's anything I can do to get the first event rolling, feel free to contact me.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one in So Cal who's fascinated by self-tracking. I don't see us running out of material for future presentations and discussions anytime soon.
