I am tracking blood lipids, RMR, HR, male sex hormones (test, free test, shbg, LH) and inflammatory markers (C-reactive protein, homocysteine). I also track vitamin D less frequently.
I am dedicated to optimizing both the athletic performance of myself and others. I currently work at Paradiso CrossFit, and enjoy helping people realize there fitness goals through exercise and nutrition.
