I track weight , sleep, steps , location, workouts , caffeine intake, supplement use, water intake, alcohol intake, chronic pain, blood SPO2, blood pressure and blood glucose.
I've been on the lookout for a trusted 3rd party to feed all this data into and help me visualize and draw correlations. I'm treating this year as a "baseline" period, although I can't help some casual influence from the data I'm collecting.

Howdy - I live in Texas, but travel frequently to San Diego and the Bay Area. I'm a father of two great kids and husband to a wonderful wife.
