Bringing Quantum Leap back to life

Hi Imagineers!

This group was founded by a man in Denver, Scott Nash, who founded 50 others around the country.
As local organizer, I arranged for topics and meeting locations.

My father broke his leg the beginning of January 2010 and I have been staying with him in Florida during his recuperation. That's why there have been no meetings. I will be moving down here and resigning as local organizer, but would like to find my replacement first.

I see posts from some newer people wanting meetings.
My vision for the meetup was to have one person be the lead contact, but that other members would take turns leading a meeting and sharing their particular expertise.

One example was where Pat, a student of Quantum Physics, led the discussion about how Quantum Physics and Eastern Philosophies are very similar.

Avery has offered to lead the discussion on Eckhart Tolle if someone who is also an Eckhart Tolle devotee (Bob, if you are willing) would share the lead.

Michelle Clark has offered her facility, and some of you want to go to JoBeth.
JoBeth coffee shop would make meditations during the meetup awkward, and the private room is $25/hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Between the 108 members in the Quantum Leap Cleveland meetup, I'm sure one of you is willing to step up and arrange for locations and times if the rest of you take turns leading the meetings.

For those who are wondering, I do not have expert knowledge in any of the subjects presented. But I was willing to do some homework and bring what I discovered to the meetings. It is a great way to expand your mind.

Meetings often strayed off topic toward general discussions of spirituality, and the group provided a safe environment for this.

If you want to have a meetup you are willing to lead, and have an idea for a topic, respond to this email. It will be send to the others in the group to begin a conversation.

I send you joy.
