This is an informal study/practice group. Each week, we try to focus on something specific (pronouns, a particular verb tense, vocabulary, cultural/regional differences, etc.). Both English & Spanish are spoken.

This group is followed by Que Tal Conversation group.

Wish someone had shown up or that I had known that this chat exists! Would not have wasted one whole hour waiting from 2-3pm.

Thank everyone for letting us know your intentions and availability. I am not going to make it today either, and as the leader is absent, I hope that is ok. For those going, have a great session. Thanks,

Hi, I'm here at the hospital with a patient in labor, and haven't gotten any sleep, so I'm not going to be able to make it today; definitely next weekend though!

I just received an email from Daniela indicating that she has been swamped at work these days and therefore not "on top of things" as she normally is. She apologizes for any problems. She will be unable to attend Sat May 24. HOWEVER, that does not mean the Zak's group cannot meet. Perhaps one person can step up and provide an assist to the beginners group and someone else can arrange a topic or a practice session for the intermediate group. There are several native speakers in the group and it would be appreciated for someone to step up. Please be sure to indicate if you plan on attending as that helps others (especially those who drive a long distance) understand that indeed there will be others.
    Contact me with any questions.
