In this hands on introductory workshop, we will look at how we can overcome the borders we put around our lives that keep us from fully living our life in joy and happiness. We will look at the ways we shut ourselves off from new people, and new ideas and take a step forward into a life of whole heartedness. By incorporating Laughter Yoga in the workshop, you will see how important laughter is in healing the emotional and physical body, which will then help you to open up and fully live a life of joy and happiness.
