Those of us who love running in Queens get to experience the best of all worlds.  We are in the greatest city in the world, in the most diverse county in the country.  We have fantastic parks in our borough - and even two major airports to carry us to distant races.  We have beaches.  We have challenging hills and shady trees.  We have a Major League Baseball team, a world-class tennis center (and tournament), and have been the home to more people of influence than you can count on all of our hands.  We are runners, and we love Queens.  

The[b] Queens NYC Runners[/b] is a group designed to provide a comfortable, casual, friendly and safe environment for its members.  We organize group runs in neighborhoods throughout the borough.  Some of our runs include training provided by certified coaches.  We also offer access to individual coaching, if that's what you want.  All of our runs are collaborative - regardless of whether you are an experienced ultramarathoner or rarely rise from the couch, you will never be left behind.  We look after each other, believe in helping to foster community and keep each other wanting to return for the next event.  Most of our events end at a local pub or restaurant, to allow us to socialize and revel in our fitness.
