Welcome to UNITED LATINO PROFESSIONALS! WHERE GREAT PEOPLE ARE DOING GREAT THINGS!

This group is not for profit or commercial gain. We conform an engaging group of Latinos and friends that come together to enjoy an enriching cultural and social experience!

Connect with other local Latino Professionals to learn more about, celebrate, promote, and explore our culture and people! We encourage and celebrate our differences while at the same time unite in our identity us as Latinos or Hispanics.

Our goal is to develop friendships (vinculos de amistad) with others who wish to attend the vast offering of cultural activities and events in New York City.

Attend film screenings, Q&A sessions with Latino artists, actors, directors, writers, musicians. Visit museums, art galleries/exhibits. Attend book signings and panel discussions on many topics of interest to Latino/Hispanic people and culture. Attend concerts of both established and up and coming diverse Latino music groups that feature Salsa, folklore (traditional), Latin jazz, Latin Rock, and fusions of Latin music with other genres and more!
All are opportunities to have a great time while we grow in amistad, unidad and support of one another, nuestra gente y cultura!

Meet other Latino professionals for social networking, brunch, lunch, dinner, drinks, dancing, live music at the variety of diverse restaurants and day/night spots throughout NYC where Latino/Hispanic culture, music and cuisine is featured and celebrated.

Unite with us and give back to our communities by becoming involved through: outreach, fund-raising activities, volunteering, mentoring, and support. Make a difference while you still can! Whether you help 1 child or 1 million people, you have the ability to effect change in our world!

We will also attend or visit non-Latino/Hispanic activities and venues as a group of Latinos and Friends looking to venture out and touch other cultures and people as we form part of a greater community of world citizens!

WE believe in having a great time with good people while at the same time enjoying the gratifying experience of giving, sharing and helping!
