Randy Credico on The Art Of Civil Disobedience: Lighting Up For Liberty

Join us on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. SHARP to hear Randy Credico (Political Satirist, Activist, Writer & 2010 Libertarian Party Candidate for United States Senate) speak on the topic of The Art Of Civil Disobedience: Lighting Up For Liberty.

Randy Credico smoked pot in the Capitol in Albany, New York to protest against State Senate Republicans who blocked a bill that would have made having pot in open view a violation instead of a misdemeanor.

Admission is FREE but we do literally pass the hat for contributions because of the continually increasing fee we are charged for the rental of the room.

This event will take place in the downstairs meeting room at VFW Post 4787 (Whitestone Community Post) located at[masked]th Street, Whitestone, New York 11357.

If you are driving, there is plenty of free street parking. If you are coming by subway and bus, the Q44 and Q20 buses will leave you one block away. Taking the 7 subway to Main Street is closer to the location than taking the subway to Jamaica.

We still plan to go out to lunch after the meeting. John Procida and I will drive those going to the restaurant, which will be where you can catch a bus to the subway.
