This group will meet several times a week to FIRM THE BUTTOCKS, FLATTEN THE TUMMY, TIGHTEN THE THIGHS, AND TONE THE ARMS. We will also be doing GROCERY SHOPPING TOURS and MEAL PLANNING TIPS.
