Please join us and Tsom's Chef Abel as we munch on Tsom's new weekend Vegan RAW food brunch buffet - featured every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-2:30pm. The RAW buffet is priced by weight, giving us the opportunity to choose from an array of sumptuous RAW Entrees, Appetizers, side dishes, salads and desserts.

For those of you who don’t know Tsom's Chef Abel (formerly of Blue Nile Café), he has been preparing and serving RAW Vegan, Vegan, and Vegetarian food at his restaurants for the past several years, and we'll be there to check out the new weekend RAW buffet on the very first official day!
Tsom is approximately 90% VEGAN with lots of gluten-free options, including desserts, and it's about as inexpensive as you can get for outstanding RAW and VEG food. Their menu is also comprised of pita pockets ($5), wraps ($5-$6), brown rice bowls ($6-$8), pastas ($8), vegan desserts, and an amazing international salad bar (see pics)! Tsom also serves to be as Green-friendly as it can be, with biodegradable utensils and plates, recycled furniture and equipment, low-VOC paint, and carrying local-farm produce.
Tsom is located in the strip mall just east of the SE corner of Rural Rd. and University Dr. in Tempe; two doors down from the restaurant formerly known as Blue Nile Cafe.
