CRUSH @Tony's Oyster Bar- Cary

Come out and see Raleigh's most famous club band CRUSH at the Raleigh areas most imfamous older singles bar Tony's Oyster Bar. CRUSH will start playing @10:30pm.

Let's gather before the band starts playing and meet everyone. Once the band starts playing it is chaotic so it is good to have some friends to hang out with!

Crush has established a reputation as one of the Southeast’s finest bands. Their impeccable song selection along with an astute attention to detail has given them the well earned status of being at the top of their game for over a decade. A Crush performance includes music by the greatest R&B, pop, rock & soul artists from the 60's, 70's, 80's & 90's on up to the present day, in addition to many favorite 'one hit wonders', songs rarely heard but expertly performed. Crush is a band that transcends the barriers of style and taps into the timeless elements in music. With Crush there is something for everyone & a guarantee of great times. The best in Classic R&B, Pop, Rock, and Soul... that is Crush!

If you have never seen Crush, you have been missing out-this is your chance to take in a awesome band and also get to know others. . There is always A LOT of Meetup people in attendance when CRUSH is playing live. Come on out!

Newer Members!!!: This is not one of our normal Happy Hour events. At our Happy Hour events the group generally has the area to ourselves, hands out nametags, and we make sure everyone meets everyone else and that new people in particular are made to feel welcome. When we go out to see a band on the weekends it is much more you see people you have met before (gives you people to hang out with) BUT it is difficult for new members to even know who fellow Meetup people are. Once the bands starts it turns into a pickup type Singles bar. We would recommend you try a Happy Hour event first!!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
