Lancaster Real Estate Mastermind Group

This Month As always will be awesome. Come Join us For a Great Meeting.  My Good Friend  Steve Cavanaugh will be  sharing "The 5 Biggest Mistakes Investors Make and How to Avoid Them"

All too often, beginning and seasoned rehabbers alike make costly mistakes throughout the course of a deal. Mistakes in marketing, acquisition, funding, renovations and resale can lead to a far less profitable project than planned.

Steve is a great friend and Runs the Southern Maryland Real Estate Investors' Group (SOMDREIG).

Steve has built a Smooth and very laid back real estate business, and has managed to blend having a business and a Life at the same time.

His  life wasn’t always like this.

Ten years ago, He took the first job I was offered out of college.

He had lots of school debt, and a friend of a friend offered me a comfortable government position.

He took it. No interview. No hassle.

Four short (or long) years later, I was miserable.

Long commutes. Boring days. Afraid to ask my boss to take my vacation days (time off that I had earned).

So He decided to make a change. He decided to do things different.

He started investing in real estate, with the help of a mentor.

On His first deal, He took home a check of $101,363.50.

He  hasen't looked back since.

He now works from home, for about 10 hours a week, and make a very comfortable living.

The success he has experienced is not unique, but it’s given him a desire to help others create a lifestyle that they truly enjoy living.

So come out to this month's Meeting to learn what Steve Knows.

See ya at this months meeting
