Rev Cycling indoor cycling classes are a great way to get into shape or to stay in shape. You can start now to be ready for next spring riding. Or you can continue to keep the fitness you built up this past summer. OR, you can just get in shape!
This Beginner class is specifically designed to introduce you to a fitness class and cycling in general. Workouts are designed to challenge but not overwhelm. Weeks 1 and 2 will have moderate intensity activities with modest recovery. We will concentrate on shifting, pedalling efficiency and riding position.
What can be easier than bringing your own bike to a group session. You don't need a membership. You don't need your own expensive equipment and room in the basement. You dont even have to know how to ride a bike.
