Race 4 The Rivers Bicycle Ride

 

Revolution Cycle and Greenway Network are sponsoring a 35 mile bicycle ride on the Katy Trail as part of Race for the Rivers.

Registration opens at 8:00am and the ride will start at 9:00am from Rennick Riverfront Park, Washington, Mo. and go to Frontier Park in St. Charles, Mo.

The cost for the ride is $15 and all riders will receive a Race for the Rivers event souvenir. There will be support on the trail and a rest stop with refreshments at Weldon Springs.

A return shuttle to Washington at 3:30pm is available for a $10 fee.  Space is limited so be sure to sign up on line at http://www.racefortherivers.org/the-rides.php

At the Festival in Frontier Park, riders can enjoy food, music, informative booths and watch the boaters who are racing from Washington finish. There will also be free canoeing on the Missouri River .Registration for the ride will start at 8:00am at Rennick Riverfront Park or preregister at Revolution Cycle.
