I have always been interested in photography and received my 1st camera at age 4 or 5 which I still have. By age 19, I had traveled to all 50 states. Now, having survived the widow maker massive heart attack the last 1.5 years, I have a new urgency to express my artistic viewpoints with my passion for photography. Isn't it everyones goal to take photos like you see in National Geographic? Please enter me into the drawing. Thank you!

I love photographing while traveling, most of my camera upgrades have been just before a trip so that I have "help" with better photos. I'd rather get tips from the masters of travel photography.

Here's my photo travel site (all the photos here have been taken by me) and I'd love to be able to add more photos to it! http://montezumapacific.com/el-chorro-waterfalls-near-montezuma-costa-rica/

One cannot be taught photography, but one can certainly learn. I want to learn from among the best. Hope to win a chance.

I love to travel and this seminar would certainly help my travel photography skills.

This National Geographic workshop would benefit any of us. One of the best organizations, known for their spectacular photographs of the entire world. To participate in this workshop and improve my travel photography skills, would be a dream come true. Not only would I be able to apply these new photo techniques while traveling on vacation, I would also improve my photography captures here in Michigan! I would love to win a pass to this wonderful workshop!

    April 3, 2013

  • Dana P.

Wow, National Geographic, I have envied their photography for years! I would love to learn how to become either more comfortable or more "invisible" while capturing photos of people (strangers) while on vacation.

It probably doesn't matter what I post here, since it is a random drawing- so I shall spare you my life story and pleading this time. Allow me to just say thank you for the opportunity. :)

I would love to attend this seminar I definitely have the travel bug after seeing Samsura and have so many questions as to how to great images in a foreign country!

    April 3, 2013

  • Danielle B.

I am very interested in this, I am a photography student who loves traveling, and esp. loves taking photographs of animals like at the zoo but would love to shoot for National Geographic Magazine out in the wilderness like Africa. This would be cool to win, and check out.

  • Michael Jon F.

Very exciting! I'm interested because travel is a huge passion of mine and when you combine the word with photography it becomes my dream job. Currently I manage a travel blog that has a few writers from all over the world. I'm trying to make it a financially viable source of income to help sustain travel while exploring the world, culture, and it's people.

    Pick me! Pick me! :)
Taking great travel pictures is probably the #1 reason I bought my DSLR. Unfortunately, I'm still a newb, so the pictures I take are not exactly National Geographic quality (yet!), so I could use the help that this seminar would provide. I am traveling to Alaska at the beginning of July, and Utah (Bryce/Zion) in August, and I hope to come back with some amazing shots! Thanks!
