Come join us for an RPGChicago exclusive! Steve Townshend will be talking with us about his experiences writing for Wizards of the Coast. A chance for you to ask some of your burning questions about how you might be able to get your work noticed!

His upcoming (2010) design credits include: Monster Manual 3, Demonomicon, and Dungeon Masters Guide 3, and further contributions to Dragon Magazine. Steve Townshend was a professional actor for many years before he switched to writing. He started playing D&D in 1982 and began DMing in earnest in 1991. Steve enjoys running character and story-oriented games with strong narrative arcs. His work has appeared in Polyhedron, Dragon Magazine, and the Wizards of the Coast web site.

Any glimpse into the elusive world of big name RPG producers is really fun. It also helped that Steve is a particularly engaging talker, so get more people like that.

Great turnout! Really enjoyed having Steve give a talk, and it looked like people really enjoyed it. Hoping to have more talks in the future!
