TriLaVie & Velocity Triathlon present a new Trail Running Series that includes a 10-week training program, 3 races in Peter's Canyon, post-race dinners and training shirts!
TriLaVie & Velocity Triathlon?s 10-week Trail Running Series welcomes men, women and young adults of all fitness levels. Our program includes professional coaching, detailed training plans, three (3) race entries for the Peter's Canyon Trail Races, T-shirt, goody bag, post-race BBQ dinners and the time of your life!

TIME: Each Thursday 6:30pm-8pm
RACES: June 10th, July 8th, August 5th

WHO: Men, women and young adults of all fitness levels
COST: $125 includes 3 race entries!
The TriLaVie & Velocity Triathlon Trail Running Series provides an opportunity to explore off-road running in a beautiful venue conveniently located in central Orange County. This hidden canyon gem has safe trails with moderate and hilly terrain to accommodate leisurely walks as well as challenging ?billy-goat? climbing. Our unique group training program encourages you to enjoy a natural setting for runs and walks of 3-6 miles, strength & conditioning drills and nurturing stretch sessions. Our weekly training sessions, detailed training plans and professional coaching combined with social events will be the highlight of your summer season. As an exciting bonus, you?ll do three 5-mile races in Peter?s Canyon in June, July and August. These races provide meaningful goals that will test your fitness and keep you motivated to improve.

Coached training groups will address runners and walkers with varied goals.Three (3) Training Groups Offered:
Love exploring new paths, desire improved fitness, change of pace and social experience
Enjoy running 3+ miles, desire training variety to improve endurance and overall fitness
Experienced runners who have a base of 5+ miles, desire challenging training for increased speed
Healthy men, women and young adults of all fitness levels are welcome into TriLaVie & Velocity Triathlon Trail Running Series. Beginning runners and walkers are encouraged to train with our run/walk strategy. Runners who want to train to compete in the races should be able to run 3-4 miles before entering the program. Your speed does not matter. We'll coach you to attain your own personal goals.
