    Hi all,

I know some folks were going to Boneyard Studios this Sunday and were interested in a carpool - anyone still interested?

Send me an email we can set it up.

Sorry I missed this one... Busy with my RE exam... I thought I'd have it done before the weekend but it didn't happened! Bummer!

It turns out that it did show up in the Photos tab. Also the ones in the Photos tab is the latest and clearer. I've also started a discussion in the discussion tab, which is probably more appropriate.

Connect with me to get connected to the Community project website, or the project sites for the ethical consumption rewards system or the Social progress Agents Explain their Contributions Videos. Here is my page about me and how to connect, (low tech version): http://tiny.cc/envisioneer

Eventually I will create a more centralized way to connect to everything everyone is doing in RVA for social progress.

All good points, Ken... and ones with which I wholly agree. There's a house being renovated down the road with piles of lumber laying out in the front yard. I've thought of stopping by and seeing what they'd want for it. Having seen it there in the weather for a long time, I'm not sure of the quality, but its certainly worth considering for a DIY build. So I'm of two minds: 1) start soon building something on the cheap that's small enough to travel with, though may have an overall shorter lifecyle; 2) keep planning for the bigger build albeit larger up-front investment for benefit of long-term quality.

Last though: The nice thing is there's no set standard right now, though the tough thing is, without one we'll be hard pressed to be blessed for official habitation. Ah... it's the Wild Wild West all over again. Exciting times!

I bet this is gonna be in Richmond, what's about 2 hours from where I live. I don't mind the drive, but if there is someone making the same route we could share gas... Please let me know.

I can't wait to see the finished product! Hope to witness this when here in Richmond!! Roof looks nice!

Just returned from a metal roofing workshop where my tiny house got it's roof. Photos are here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/xre3fx4j1ig8e2w/AACnfDVhJ6wdgXgA3_Y6wtKja. The roofing expert (30 years) ran out of Dark Bronze drip edge so he's making another panel and will finish it off next week. Windows and door are shipping around July 18th. I could be on target to get the house towed to Richmond early to mid August.
