Introduction
I'm a Business Systems Analyst and Lean enthusiast. I love to think about and learn about Lean for software. I play with the idea of intaprenuership and how to bring that to my work place. Lean government is of interest to me.
a. Are you familiar with the Lean Startup method of building new products and new businesses? If so, to what extent?
I've read Reis' book and been to a couple startup meetings in Charlottesville.
b. How do you think Lean Startup can help you with your business?
I believe we who work in IT in large organizations can better serve those organizations by using some of the Lean Startup ideas.
c. What is the name of your startup and how do you describe yourself (innovator, visionary, designer, hacker, hustler, other)?
I would describe myself as a servant leader for the Kanban community with my work with Capital Kanban.
