90% vegan and 100% veg .
two and a half years. earlier in the 1990s was vegetarian for 4. 5 years.
Health issues, had worked on improving health for 30 years but wasn't where at my age I needed to be. After seeing Forks over Knives and reading the China Study I took the plunge. As I go deeper into it though my compassion for animals and awareness of the meat impact on the planet has grown and those issues are strengthening too.

senior citizen full of life, marrying on my 70th birthday later this month. drug and alcohol counselor who moved to rural NC from Philly 5 years ago but my daughter is in Richmond and I come there frequently. eating out was challenging there.
