Raw Food Diet turns me on because S.A.D. turns me off...literally and figuratively. I feel so alive!

I found my way to this group by way of...

I found Radical Health through my aunt Stevena English. Also chronic ear infections I was told I had to have surgery or I would be totally deaf by the age of 40. I quit dairy, started Super Foods. Ear infection free for 2 years! A first in this life
