What does Practicing & Living in Wholeness mean to you?

It's moving beyond our ego's need to suppress or impress-withdraw or dominate and towards the souls desire to connect and express with strength, love and presence. It's being at peace, not war with every part of yourself, others and reality.

What insights, teachings or practices have been the most helpful to you on your path to greater wholeness so far?

My own living, learning , growing and deepening of this quote:"Whatever we resist persists. Yet whatever we have the courage to fully face, feel and embrace becomes grace." Teachers who have impacted me most are: Stan Grof, Ken Wilber, Richard Moss, Arjuna Ardugh, Eckhart Tolle, John Rusken, Gangaji and my relationship with my partner in love and life, Leslie.

What, if anything is missing for you, from you living as physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually whole as you would like?

2/10 - For the first time in my life, nothing feels missing, only the desire to have an impact on helping others more fully awaken to what I call FIERCE Wholeness.....and our Kitty, PacObama to stop stepping on my keyboard while I'm typing. 7/12 - I'm learning the practice of EMBODIMENT..... directing words and actions from my mind to travel down through my heart, into my belly and only then, express from my center. In many ways, I feel like a beginner again....FIERCE EMBODIMENT...here I come....slowly and surely!

My greatest passion and life calling is to be a good steward of the gifts I've been given to awaken the wholeness already present in you and for you to find, live and give your ONE TRUE GIFT. It's the most valuable and joyful thing you can ever do.
