Rainmaker's Business and Marketing Roundtable

Hope everyone is getting back to normal after Sandy. We will be trying to get the same thing done by getting you back in the swing of things at our Rainmaker's Roundtable. At the meeting you can expect to have some friendly conversations about different sales techniques and different ways you can reach your potential prospects. This not too crazy though please know that we won't try to sell you anything we are just a bunch of salespeople trying to help each other over a good drink and some Banh Mi sandwiches. We will be meeting at the restaurant at 85 Orchard street in lower east side at 7pm. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all there.

Matt Scyoc Asks: Does anybody have a unique/cool strategy for contacting big players in their industry? Even if it takes 12 months; what does the first 30, 60, 90 days for your plan look like? What would be your first step? Mine is:

Step 1. Data mine to find the hard-to-find big players (i.e. not "submit guest post" "write for us" sites.) Ask me about my tools!

I'm thinking about using Linkedin so that would be a good topic to discuss.
