What are the ages of your kids?

Two girls, ages 14 and 10.

What are your kids' favorite making activities?

Both of my girls have their own Raspberry Pi kits and lots and lots and LOTS of Legos. Also, we have a fun of colorful duct tape, a bin for yarn and an area for our sewing machine and fabrics.

What is the best book for maker kids and their parents?

I'm not sure about the best book, but we have the Internet at our fingertips!

What is the single best maker toy, game or set your kids have recieved?

Arduino or Raspberry Pi?

Raspberry Pi

I'm a mom who believes that technology can be empowering and eye-opening and that's how I choose to approach raising my two girls. My husband and I started and run and teach computer coding using Raspberry Pi kits to kids ages 10+
