Our focus this Sunday for the New Year will be on the physical aspects of Raising Your Vibrations!
(Some of my other meet up groups on sensory development meet weekly by teleconference to discuss various topics and then have some group practices. While I don't normally invite those in this Raising Vibrations group into the sensory practices, our topic the next two Sundays is all about How to Raise Your Vibrations! So, we are inviting you to join us for the first segment on this topic (and then when we break up into practice groups you will be done with the lecture segment and end your participation.) Foggy, distracted minds and tired, stressed bodies cannot function as open, clear channels for receiving or interpreting sensory information. Over time, we tend to become so used to our condition that we are de-sensitized to it and don’t realize how much our sensory apparatus has become numb and unaware or possibly overactive and thus warped.
You see, raising our vibrational level during practice time is crucial for development but what most students don’t realize is that it is just as important to raise your vibrations on a daily basis!
No amount of tips, techniques and tools for development will“take” if we are in a state of low vibration!
Raising our vibrations consistently each day through simple, no-cost practices at home sets us up for prime leaps in development and also acts as a catalyst for spontaneous moments of connection! There are many simple practices that can have a significant RE-balancing effect on your entire system!
