What are your running goals?

Would like to run/walk 3-5 miles 3-4 times a week. Am rebuilding after an overuse injury.

Will you commit yourself to 8 weeks 3 times a week?

Yes. I will need to begin with the second run because I have a schedule conflict on the start date.

Do you like to have fun?
