Anyone is welcome to join RDBC's Open Practice session.

If this is your first time, we will run through the basics. This is a free event for introductory paddlers.

Everyone was so helpful. I was taught how to paddle before practice and was given instruction during as well.

Anyone in the Chapel Hill area want to carpool? I don't know about being able to wake up that early - I can barely wake up for the 10 am practices - without someone else relying on me to keep me motivated.

Melissa, welcome! Bring lots of water and sunscreen. I'd recommend a hat and sunglasses too. We'll have everything else you need.
