How to Train Your Dragon (with no water) @ Oak City Crossfit

While our beloved Lake Wheeler is experiencing low water levels in order to repair the boat ramps, WE will be experiencing a RAMP UP in fitness level (B.Y.O.H20) hosted by our friends at OAK CITY CROSSFIT in Raleigh. (Thank you Gio and Paul!)

We have turned the reigns of torment, I mean training, over to these dynamic folks who have experience training aspiring athletes of ALL fitness levels. So come one, COME ALL!! The crosstraining will only help to improve your paddling skills, keep you heated up while we're off the water, and you might just find love for a new sport...

**DISCLAIMER** If you abandon dragonboating for anything else, we will find you... (I kid, I kid!)

Visit their ABOUT US page (http://oakcitycrossfit.com/?page_id=2) for more information, a map, and explore from there. Lots to see!!

See you there!

I think my most favorite part was pushing Matt's Jeep. Great way to have an asthma attack before the workout!!! :P Hope your car is ok now, Matt!

Great workout. I would be willing to consider this on a monthly basis or when we are confirmed early that bad weather may keep us out of the water. I'd be willing to commit $5.00 per visit if we can work out a deal.

Please remember to wear adequate footwear... (no barefeet and watershoes) **scratches her head... that really limits my options..lol
