Bellydance Workshops at Middle Creek Community Center
Learn to Bellydance! Come join us for our 2 hour workshop. Bellydance is a great form of exercise. It provides a good cardio-vascular workout and helps increase both flexibility and strength, by focusing on isolating the muscles. Bellydance is suitable for all ages and body types. It helps relieve stress, and provides you with an improved sense of well-being, better body image and self-esteem.

Bellydance Level 1Have fun dancing in a supportive and social atmosphere. Learn basic bellydancing techniques, including head, shoulder, rib and hip isolations, beautiful arm movements, and shimmies all inspired by the Middle Eastern Dance. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a hip scarf or something to wear around your hips. This Class is for Beginners with little to no experience. This class will be taught at a slower pace so everyone can learn the movements.
