Fuel Drive with Warmth for Wake

Come help us split logs and deliver firewood to families in Wake County who are unable to afford heat for their homes. We will be working at Everett Farms and partnering with Warmth for Wake to provide firewood to the families. We will be using log splitters, but could also use folks who have chainsaws to bring them. If you have a truck and would like to deliver the wood to the families let us know that in your RSVP. This is a fun and rewarding community service project for all members and guests. Don't forget to dress warmly!

Warmth for Wake is a seasonal energy assistance outreach program that is co-sponsored by Wake County Human Services and the North Carolina Bankers Association.

I'll be at NCJC Convention. Warmth for Wake is a great program, and really rewarding.
