Please join us at The Gamer’s Armory on Wednesday Nights for D & D Encounters: Scourge of the Sword Coast (beginning February 19, 2014 and running through May 7, 2014) from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Scourge of the Sword Coast is the third adventure of the Sundering, a major story event in the Forgotten Realms.  The adventure can be played using rules for 3rd Edition (v.3.5), 4th Edition, and D&D Next.

The fun starts with a special Launch Weekend Event on Sunday, February 16, 2014 and continues for 12 weeks as players delve into the adventure at their own pace.  Players will defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and perform heroic deeds.

Players will report their results for this D&D Encounters Season, through a custom designed Facebook app and the actions and choices made can impact the Realms forever!

D & D Encounters is an exciting, weekly program that brings players together to experience a D&D campaign that plays out one epic encounter at a time. Players will defeat enemies, solve puzzles, and perform heroic deeds!  Each session only takes 1 - 2 hours to play! You are not required to participate each week to be a part of it so please, feel free to join the group any week you are available to do so!

What to bring with you? You will need a 7 piece set of polyhedral dice for gameplay. You will also need to create and bring your own character with you! If you don't have time or don't know how, don't worry, we have some pre-built characters available that you can use! Ask your DM and they will be happy to get you one! If you have access to the D & D Character Builder, you can create your own character there as well!!  We will leave the starting level up to each individual GM to decide!

Additional GMs are always needed!

Yes. Yes, they are. It's part of their charm...

Hey, just because I jumped in a mine cart, turned off the brakes, had someone push me, then fail to put back on the breaks at the end of the line, causing me to go flying and take 32 points of damage doesn't mean anything....

I hate to do this so late in the day, but I am really not feeling well tonight. Staying home, and I'll see you next week.

I have a quick question. It appears that there is still one spot left in the meetup, so can I bring a plus one? For so r reason, the phone I am using does not let you add +1s to the list, even though I have tried to un-rsvp and re-rsvp. Thus, I have decided to simply ask if it is okay if I can bring another person to John Beckett's table. Thank you.

(Sorry for the duplicate responses.) This answer is only so far as the tech related to meetup is concerned. John will have to answer as far as whether he will allow you to bring an extra person to his table. If John says it is okay, I'll force meetup to accept a +1 on your RSVP (even if it takes the number over 21).

The meetup is set to accept 21 people, then add any extra to the Waitlist. As I type this, there are exactly 21 people signed up, so no one can add guests after the limit is reached. I've added myself to the waitlist, so if someone drops out, then I'll drop & add a +1 to your RSVP.

    Update for my table:
The items you found during the Lodge run that I was unable to look up prior:
Iron Armbands of Power, Boots of Free Movement, +2 Hide Armor of Aegis Expansion, and a Coif of Mindiron. Remind me tomorrow and I'll give some additional information as to where specifically they came from.

We'll kick off the night starting in the Lodge, with the mystery of the large, ominous spellbook and even more ominous bowl w/ lodestone. Consensus last week was a restocking run to Waterdeep, so there will probably be a point at which you can buy basic supplies, just please come prepared with a list of stuff you plan to acquire and we'll go from there. John, if you still want to swap out characters, we'll go with your new character showing up in Waterdeep and tagging along. I'm hoping to keep things moving at a brisk pace, so come ready for anything ;)

ALSO! Please remember that you are now level 5. Daniel/Nicole, I will send you an email with suggestions.

I added +1 to your RSVP, so both boys can have seats.
