The Raleigh Women's Social Group is a diverse group of women made up of all ages and backgrounds who want to get together and form new friendships. The group is open to any woman who lives in the Triangle area. I believe that everyone has something in common, whether it is a similar taste in movies; a common interest or hobby; or you lived in the same state as another member at one point. 

Each month we will have at least two events. We normally have a brunch or lunch, and an activity or day trip so that we can travel and explore the area. Our cultural events range from visiting museums, to attending the theatre, to taking painting classes, to whatever else we can think of to do. Some of our activities allow us to try something new or just do something together.

I do plan events in different sections of Raleigh. But Raleigh covers as vast area so you may have to drive to some events as I cannot schedule events close to each of you every month.

The goal of the group is to provide a safe environment where we can have fun and enjoy each other's company while forming new friendships. We welcome you to join the group and check out the calendar of upcoming events, browse our past events so that you can see if this is a group you'd enjoy!!!

If you decide that this group is for you, we do have membership dues of $3 which covers until the end of July 2012. This goes towards helping cover the cost Meetup charges me to have a group. The dues need to be paid in your first 30 days of joining the meetup and before you attend an event.
