We have been raising chickens full time now for the past 3 years. I had chickens for eggs for a long time before I decided to make it a full time business. Now we sell baby pullet chicks to the public from here on our farm.
We have over 100 chickens on our farm. We have ducks, quail, geese, guineas, and turkeys running around on our backyard farm.
We have many types of breeds of chickens on our farm. Too many to list them all. We get new breeds of baby pullet chicks weekly from serveral NPIP certified hatcheries that are really great to work with. And we get winning results every time.
I love all the different colors and kinds of chicken breeds. I love the colors of eggs that we get from the tinted layers and the really big brown eggs we get from our Golden Comet layers. The white bantam and quail eggs are really pretty and cute.
We help lots and lots of people daily get started owning and raising their own backyard flock. We sell chicks and provide customers with all types of details and information on how to raise and take care of baby chicks. We enjoy helping everyone.
We were told about this group from other chicken lovers just like us. We think it is wonderful to share our experience and knowledge and to help others learn more about raising their own backyard flock. Let's all live green and raise some chickens.
You will learn a lot of valuable information being in this group. This is a wonderful group of people with lots of great news to share about raising and having your own backyard flock. Roy Sumner
