You must be on the RSVP list 1 hour before the event to get this rate!

Note: If you haven't climbed at the Vertical Edge before, then your climbing pass and harness rental are FREE ! We strongly recommend that you spring for the 3$ shoe rental. Be sure to talk with the event organizer before you check in at the front desk.

Note: Vertical Edge can be hard to find for the first time (have their # [919-596-6910] handy in case you get lost), if you're coming on US-70 west then look for the neon piano sign shaped like a grand piano on the right. Take the next left and do a U-Turn back to the building across from the Piano store and take a right into the parking lot. Drive straight through the parking lot towards the back building and Vertical Edge will be to your right at the back.

If you have a GPS: 1800 Sanders Ave, Durham should take you right to the location of the U-turn in the directions above.

if you plan to attend this event and are a new climber, please use the RSVP comments to let us know. Ask the folks at the front desk to point out the organizer and be sure to introduce yourself after you've checked in.

Google street view of the intersection is helpful.

Join us for dinner afterwards a place to be determined by consensus of those present.

Is this Tuesday or Friday? The date says Tuesday and the event description says Friday! I can't come to either but, unless I am missing something (and I may be missing something) this might confuse others also and so I thought I would ask about it!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
