Climb for the first time!

I'm Michelle and interested in trying rock climbing!
Steve was really helpful providing all info required for a beginner. I can honestly say that I completely sucked and still had a great time. Paul was encouraging and kept me going when I might have wanted to give up otherwise! I know everyone says it's a lot of leg work, but my biceps, triceps, traps, lats, forearms and legs were sore for days. It was a fun way to get in a workout and get away from my usual elliptical/bike/treadmill routine! Looking forward to going again!
