IMPORTANT NOTES: 

Bring a new can of balls about once a month. 

Three RSVP's & no shows and you will be removed from the group.

 If you can't make it, please cancel your RSVP at least 2 hrs before the meetup so that other members can join. If you are on the waiting list, it is your responsibility to check the list to see if your name has moved up. 

Bring a new can of balls every 4th time you attend.  

Please DO NOT sign-up if you cannot be there for a minimum of 2 hrs as it leaves an odd number of players. Please be on time. 

After 3 RSVP's with no shows, you will be removed from the group.

    For some reason the description below did not get added to this (5/12/2014) meetup but did to the rest... **There are 3 courts we will be using, 2 courts are for mix doubles and 1 for men's doubles. We'll decide on teams and rotation once the meetup starts**

      Sounds like what he's saying is that there should be one designated men's court. (You only need 4 men for that.) To your point Sue, it does matter who RSVPs. So if there are less than 4 men, obviously some women would play on the men's court. If there are more than 4 men, some men will play mixed. Then, you cycle them into the men's court after each match. Losing pair on the men's court takes their places on the mixed court. As far as how to divide, the organizer should divide up teams after every match so play is competitive. Should work fine.
