Visiting and Card Making with Residents @ Marycrest Assisted Living

It's that time again!  This time, we will make cards with the residents for their friends and family!

We plan on being there from 130-4pm.

Here is a brief on what they do:

"Marycrest provides supportive, caring services in a home-like environment. As a ministry of the Sisters of St. Francis, we cherish and enhance the independence and quality of life for under-served seniors and for younger adults with disabilities. Our staff, residents and families together create a peaceful community which nurtures the spirit and values the dignity of each person.

Located on the beautiful Marycrest campus in northwest Denver, there are two separate and distinct residences. The Harmony and Serenity residences at Marycrest are affordable housing alternatives for those who need assisted living. The Serenity Residence is designed for adults age 55 and older, while the Harmony Residence is reserved for those under age 55 who can benefit from assisted living care".

Come join us for an afternoon of visiting!

If you want to bring something, you can bring snacks (sugarfree and regular).

PLEASE HONOR YOUR RSVP as these residents truly look forward to their social time with special visitors like us!  Some are very limited in their activities, so this truly is the highlight of their days!  Come on out and bring your wonderful presence to these folks!

I'm not sure that I will be able to stay until 4 p.m. Is it all right to come for part of the time?
