Hello all, I look forward to meeting you, outside of the city. The city is so depressing. Cement n steel. I figure there's enough members in this group that some will eventually leave and do some cool stuff. When you want to get OUT, let me know...
What would you like to do? What events would you like to see?
Nature, seek adrenaline, ride MTB, snowboard, hike, just about any outdoor thing.
How did you hear about Random Events NY? (meetup, google, Facebook, twitter, some guy yelling on the street, etc..)

Thanks for the help yesterday John- if you get no one to ride Thursday @ 5 and want to hit the trail with the same plan maybe 30 min later I would be up for it. I just don't want to hold anyone back.

Hey John, thanks for the welcome! I will keep an eye out. I can ride technical so I am not a beginner per say. I just need some additional work on the more high-level technical riding. Rocky decents, downhilling, some rock gardens that may be a bit more than I am used too, etc. Hopefully I can join up with you all soon!

Hey John. I just started riding a few years ago. I dont exactly race.... I do the DarkHorse 40 thats about it...my team mate and I actually came in 4th in the coed last year. I love to ride, get out as often as I can. Actually conerted an old bike to singlespeed and attempted that yesterday.. tough stuff!! As for DH, Ive only riden Mt Beacon. So, its more free ride i guess.
