I see you are on the wait list for the Nutrition talk, why don't you plan on attending since last time so many did not show at the last minute. You may get rolled up into the list if anyone changes their RSVP anyway but I wanted you to have the night open in case that is last minute. I will make sure you have a goodie bag and a place to sit.
