Inspire creation with technology such as the Raspberry Pi over a pint.

We encourage people to bring along any kit (e.g. Raspberry Pi) they have especially if they have a project to show off or if they would like some help getting it going.

There were some wonderful examples to look at during the last meetup.  There were also people asking how to get going straight out of the box it came in.  The more experienced members would love to help those new to Raspberry Pi etc.

We are particularly keen to meet teachers who would like to know more about the Raspberry Pi and what could be done with it in the classroom.

We have changed the venue and date of this meetup due to significant problems with our original venue.  The new one is much nicer and we'll see how we do with the shift to Tuesday!

I've got my lego laptop to a reasonably solid state, so I'll be bringing it along tonight :)

Was great to see your lego laptop - will you be bringing it along on 30th June too?

Yes I can do, I might even have a few small lego based upgrades on it :)

Build your own 'supercomputer' out of Pi boards....

It could be pretty useful if you want to test embedded hardware on a large scale...and it looks pretty radical too.
