Raw Dark Chocolate Almond Decadence Cake

Enjoy a class in how to make Raw Dark Chocolate Almond Decadence Cake with a candy layer and an almond layer.  This "uncake" has no flour, eggs, butter,or sugar, and is made in the fridge, not heated and baked.  The surprise is, it has flavor and texture like a regular cake.  Imagine having cake for breakfast and it's good for you!

This recipe is a bit more complicated than simple truffles, but is rewarding when you taste it.

This is a free class, but space is limited.  RSVP at [masked].

Harlan is a fabulous teacher, very passionate and knowledgeable about chocolate and raw foods. His classes are always highly educative, interesting and delicious. We always get to dip our fingers into the raw cacao, the coconut butter, etc... so that we have a sensory experience of whatever Harlan is makingin front of us. All our senses are engaged.
I always enjoy Harlan's classes ... this no-cook cake is truly a decadenty highly healthy treat! ... :-)
Thank you Harlan for sharing this cake with us!

Great class!!! The cake was amazing and the preparation, though a little involved, seems very do-able. Thanks for sharing the recipe and having the class, I appreciate it!!!

    Hi Chocolholics!

I'm looking forward to our meetup tomorrow. This recipe is involved, unlike my simpler creations. Please bring notepaper and a pen to take notes. It is far and away a tasty and healthy treat and well worth the time spent to learn it. I will also be teaching some raw food principles necessary to make this delectable dessert.

    Regards,

    Harlan
