It's getting to be close to Chocolate season. February will have three meetups on Raw Chocolate, 2 of which are open to the public including my regular free one which will feature Raw Chocolate Almond Granola.
My book, "Dessert Before Dinner: A Raw Uncookbook," is in print and is available only through me in hard copy for $20 and an additional $5 if you need it shipped. It features 24 recipes and about 40 pages of information on the how, where to get, and why of Raw Dessert making.
