Raw Soup Uncooking Class Instructors: Anh Thu Hoang and Beth Lampron When: 30 October from 12 to 2. Where: Landover Hills, MD Come learn how to make delicious healthful raw soups. The class will include a demonstration of 4 raw soup recipes and yummy raw vegan brownies. Discussions will also be focused on the benefits of raw soups and selected ingredients as well as raw food preparation techniques. Whether you are looking to transition to a raw vegan diet, want to add more vegetables to your daily meals or just want to lose weight, raw soups are a great addition to your diet. She is also a RF instructor and coach in the DC area, teaching at Whole Foods, the US Botanic Garden and private lessons. Beth Lampron is a practitioner of Quantum Energetics Disciplines, Theta Healing, and Kundalini Reiki. She incorporates a raw diet into her life as part of her quest for spiritual growth, and a healthy vibrant lifestyle.
