Hi everyone:

Heather and her family have graciously offered their house for us to get together.

My name is Tarin and I have a business called " God's Food Heals"

I was a 100% RAW/LIVING food eater for a whole two years to heal a surgery gone bad.

In those two years; I learned much about dehydration and created a few yummy recipes.

Come and play with me this Saturday at 10.

I will show you different kinds of dehydrators.

I will give the good and bad of each and then I will show you how to make my mouth watering Kale chips.

Their will be testers to eat and the recipe for you to try out at home.

Raw Snacks using a dehydrator.

Put your name in to with the Bosch Grain Mill to be given away next week.

Someone has generously donated a brand new Bosch Grain Mill to be given to the class participant whose name is drawn on January 26th.

Each week names of adults attending Blessings Farm’s free Saturday 10a.m-11a.m. Wellness Classes will be put in a bowl during the month of January. On January 26th one name will be drawn out and announced the winner! This is a $270 value!
I would like everyone to have the opportunity to win as well as come and learn more about nutrition.
Come have coffee/tea, samples and good conversation Saturday mornings.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
