Amazing Vertical Gardens

We will explore what vertical gardening is, learn about Aeroponic Technology, its advantages over conventional gardening and why we need to incorporate vertical farms for our planets sustainability

Learn about vertical growing using a Tower Garden: Technology. Vision. Passion. It took all three-and more than 5 years-to fully develop Tower Garden. Tower garden's creator, Tim Blank was Greenhouse Manager for Epcot's cutting-edge agricultural display until 2005. He left and founded Future Growing with the dream that someday everybody on the planet would have access to healthy food in their own home and local community.

The tower garden uses a closed system technology to recycle 100% of the nutrients and water. This means the plants use as little as 10 percent of the nutrients and water that is commonly used in conventional and organic farming. There is no soil, tools, weeding, kneeling tilling or ground pests. Vertical gardening also uses a small environmental footprint so anyone can have their own garden and join the locavore movement. It's perfect for rooftops, patios, balconies, terraces and has the ability to grow year-round indoors.
