I've been transitioning from the standard western diet for the past 15 months. Too much butter, cake, chocolate and chips took their toll and now I'm loving creating wonderful fresh, natural recipes using just fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. I've also lost 3 stone and released a lot of toxins through some internal spring cleaning processes!
I can't wait to meet all you seekers of the raw food truth, trainees and /or experts of this super healthy lifestyle. Let's share our enthusiasm and upbeat raw food energy to make a difference out there and to help us all on our journeys to better health, vitality and increased longevity!
