“Hi Paul, My name is Barata El. I live in Sicklerville and my wife works in Egg Harbor. I have been mostly 100% raw for almost three weeks now. My acid reflux has disappeared and I lost approximately ten pounds. I definitely feel more energetic. I am fifty three years old and am a retired law enforcement officer since 2007. After a three month break I have been employed full time since. I encourage you to continue on your raw food path.”
