Raw-Yoga is based on a simple idea that good health and happiness can be achieved through a balanced lifestyle - eating healthily and exercising regularly. This lifestyle is about listening to your body, recognising what it needs and providing the exercise and proper nutrition.
If you are interested in starting yoga with a qualified instructor - or would like to continue your practice - you are welcome to join us. No experience needed as all levels will be catered for.
Apart from Yoga classes, we will also be running Raw-Yoga workshops - a combination of a Yoga practice, following by a Raw food preparation and tasting session. During the workshop you will learn how to prepare raw food recipes and find out more about the benefits of raw food living.
Above all, this group is intended to bring people together who wish to make a positive change to their lives. Forming a community that cares about their health, the environment and the welfare of all beings on this planet!
