It's time for another Juice Fast! :D

There were a lot of Mamas that wanted to do this with us last time, but weren't able to. So I'm doing another one as promised :).

Here is the program that we're going to be doing:

June 12th - June 13th we'll be eating all raw and organic, to get our bodies ready for the juice fast.

You can eat any raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and drink water, raw smoothies and raw juices. Ask me for as many recipes as you'd like and I'll also post what I had to eat and drink daily.

June 14th - 16th We will do our juice fast! I will post yummy juice recipes as well as what I juice daily.

June 17th we will be coming off of our fast. You want to take it slow on this day. I recommend still juicing and introducing smoothies, and small raw snacks -- like fruits and veggies.


  1. You need to have a juicer
  2. Make sure to check in here at the end of each day to let everyone know how it went...and I'll be here to help in any way I can :).

    Wow, this juice fast went by so fast. This morning I juiced a honeydew melon with some spinach. It was so delicious! Then carrot and orange juice, later apple, celery, collard greens. Later I'll probably juice some peaches with kale and cucumber. :)

    I started my day with apple, strawberry and kale juice, then I had carrot juice, then grapefruit collard greens and cucumber. This evening I had a delicious tomato juice :D.

    8:00am: orange, carrot juice. 11:ooam Kale, apple, cucumber 2:00pm: cucumber, pear, handful mint, ½ lime. That's what I've had so far :). Feeling great!

    Breakfast: Raw Buckwheat Cereal, banana, blueberries, raw coconut milk and raw honey. Lunch: Kale salad with avocado, tomato, onion, olive oil and salt. Snacks: Apple, carrots, cucumber, and nuts. For dinner tonight: I'm going to try the nori rolls in this link: :D

    So far I've plums, oranges, a delicious salad with raw corn (omg, which tasted so sweet raw) tomato, onion, lettuce, olive oil and salt. And I've been snacking on cucumber, yellow peppers, and raw trail mix.

    For breakfast I had two delicious plums, for lunch I had a big salad, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and olive oil and salt as the dressing. I had some honeydew melon as a snack and then a delicious raw blueberry granola bar made by "Two Moms in the Raw".
