There were a lot of Mamas that wanted to do this with us last time, but weren't able to. So I'm doing another one as promised :).
Here is the program that we're going to be doing:
June 12th - June 13th we'll be eating all raw and organic, to get our bodies ready for the juice fast.
You can eat any raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and drink water, raw smoothies and raw juices. Ask me for as many recipes as you'd like and I'll also post what I had to eat and drink daily.
June 14th - 16th We will do our juice fast! I will post yummy juice recipes as well as what I juice daily.
June 17th we will be coming off of our fast. You want to take it slow on this day. I recommend still juicing and introducing smoothies, and small raw snacks -- like fruits and veggies.
- You need to have a juicer
- Make sure to check in here at the end of each day to let everyone know how it went...and I'll be here to help in any way I can :).
